Fit Men Forty is a media hub that specializes in the overall hollistic fitness of adult men. Like many, it was started out of a passion to remain fit for a lifetime. Our objective is to provide ideas and strategies on diet and exercise for men over 40. We are particularly interested in men’s health over 40 diets because we are men over 40.
Experts (not just us!) say that diet is 80% of weight loss & fitness plan. We have experienced this as 40 year old males who have actually lost weight with a focus on eating the right food.
Having said that we need to add a little workout to the mix. For us over 40, the workout regimen should probably change to make sure it suits our lifestyle and body changes.
We can AND WILL still look and feel great.
